Ok, Ive done an update, hope fully this addresses screen sizing issues and it makes things a bit more stable.

Cfernades i would do the following:
Delete the device in linuxmce
delete it from your phone (including the directory on the sdcard 'LinuxMCE')

Re-add the qorbiter android orbiter from the 'orbiters page'
fill in all the information such as user, location, etc and update
goto  http://dcerouter/lmce-admin/qOrbiterGenerator.php?d=youdevicenumber  to generate the config
reinstall the android app

cross fingers :)

let me know how it goes

On my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 the qorbiter loads and runs.  I can choose a user.  No scenarios show up, the advanced button works, the power button causes a lock-up.

On my phone Samsung Galaxy S Glide (Captivate Glide in the USA) the app loads to show a black screen only.

Anything I can check or do to help?

J.
