New Foxtel IQ2 template issue

I have created a template for the Foxtel IQ2 cable box and used the USB-UIRT to learn all the codes. The device shows up as a device to control under media and will turn the Foxtel box on when i select. However most of the buttons on the "remote" ie numbers and channel up/down down send anything. I can go to advanced section in the list and all of the codes work fine there.

in Web-admin under AV Equipment do you have the device pipes set up?

No there is are device pipe as i am using a GC100 ir to control it. Some of the buttons do work. like info and when i go to the more button a few more work on there.
