HSM100 / EZMotion Triple Sensor
« on: September 05, 2009, 02:01:09 pm »
Hi. I'd like to know the present support situation for this unit. Checked the forums to found few short/dead threads on this.
I'm planning on buying few of these, if they're supported. Based on my experience, I'll setup also a wiki page for these sensors. That's about all I can contribute at the moment..
Thanks for your comments.

I am trying to get the EZmotion to work but have had no luck so far. It registers as a climate device, but the status i blank and I cant use it to make a scenario. I am using 810beta

Hari is person to really respond to this...but my understanding was that at least part of the support for the EZmotion multi-sensor was in place in the 0810 ZWave binaries. We have an EZmotion here somewhere...so I will see if I can dig it out and do some tests.

All the best

I have been looking in the svn and found some changes to the z-wave system http://svn.linuxmce.org/trac.cgi/changeset/22238 Is this maybe a fix? In that case how can I install it?

After updating to beta2 I still have the same issues. I don't mind trying to make some new templates for this device if that is needed. Can anyone confirm that they are needed?

I have also bought a Horstmann AS2 RF, but I can't make it a part for my network. Does anyone use this device successfully or have any hints on how to get it to work?

Our EZmotion suffered a failure so I am waiting for the replacement to arrive then i will run a test here.
