Possible new remote

It would be missing follow me and it is kind of ugly but the new offering from Hillcrest can be a decent possibility for a new orbiter. The price isn't too steep for gyroscopic mouse and it seems to be linux compatible right out of the box.

Yeah...those units have been around for quite a while now. They have an intriguing design for sure. We tested some about 9 months back with some customers. The feedback was a little mixed to be frank...some people liked them but most found the physical shape a bit confusing and not that comfortable in everyday use. We never implemented full support for them so that might have skewed the resulting impression people had...but I dont think that was a significant factor to be honest.

all the best
