Hello, I have a problem with my new 22'inch phillip hdtv flatscreen tv. I repalce my old tv that was programmed from channel 4 only and i was using the rcn remote because i couldnt fine the old remote to tv.  So, now that i bought new tv with a remote i wanted to start recording my tv shows but when i called my cable company they said i have to use their remote. But the problem lies is when i scan for channels on new tv only channel 4 comes up what do i do?

Help i really want to start to start my favorite shows.
