Linux mce wont pick up nas server

Hi folks linux mce wont pick up my naslite server , they are both on the same network.

is there a way to reset this , so that it searchs the net work again.


please advise

Do you have linuxmce installed with two nics and have your nas on the internal net?
If not start there.

Are they both in Internal network?LMCE scans only Internal netowrk. Which Nas are we talking about?Does it have DHCP client features?Or it has static IP? take a look at my setup http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/User:Ivanp1982, i have recently added my NAS.

Yes. You can "unlock" previously ignored devices by going into the web admin, Advanced / Configuration / Unknown Devices.
