Picture upload in wiki not working?

Sorry, I don't know where to put this, but I can't upload pictures in wiki, am I too stupid or is there a problem with the wiki?

Btw, the permission problem is fixed, so uploads should work now (just tested).

Is there a maximum file size or something like that. I'm trying to upload a jpeg with ~60kbit and can't get it uploaded.

there is a limit but it is in the megabyte range. Just tested with 181kb:
