geforce 8400 compatibility

i am getting ready to setup linux mce for home theather use and i want to know if the geforce 8400 (low profile) will work with it for hd playback.

Hi,

I've got a MSI NX8400GS in a diskless MD running 1080p via DVI/HDMI to a Sharp LCD.

Works fine.  Haven't ran HD content through yet but I can't see why there would be a problem displaying HD.

However, there are some issues related to playing blu-ray disks. It's nothing related to video cards.

I've an Asus EN8400GS SILENT 512M running in 1080p DVI/HDMI. The md is connected to a 50" flatscreen and runs ui2 with alpha blending perfectly.
