Delay between sound and images, when play a DVD

Hello

I'm playing a DVD and exist a little delay between the Video that come first, and 1 or 2 seconds later I listed the sound.
I already try to do play it on the Core and at the Orbiter, rip de DVD to HDD, happens in all options! How can I fix it? Or what I'm doing wrong?

Please help me!
