VDR in LMCE0710B3 - image is distorded and audio is popping

hello

im currently having some issues with my newly installed LMCE setup with VDR as PVR. when im watching live tv, then the image has pixel artifacts constantly and the audio is popping. when i have watched about a minute or so, then the image starts to slow down and stutter as the audio completely disappear. if i scroll away from the channel and return again im able to watch it a while and all starts over again.

the tuner card is a Kworld DVB-T 210 budget card

does anyone have a clue of what the problem could be?
