A QUESTION FOR THE MASTERS

I have a quick question for all of the masters of the media center. My plan is to make a little media server for my entertainment center. I have been reading this forum almost all day, and I am still a little off on certain things. Like exactly what OC do i need to load, and for a more in depth question- Should I install 2 hard drives in it(1 to run the OC and the other for storage) and put in a separate RAID card into the unit? Or will 1 hard drive be fine. This probably isn't a big thing for any of you but I do need some help......PLEASE

I think  he means OS.

Linuxmce is based on Kubuntu linux.
If you download and use the dvd install this will install everything including the OS for you.
But beware that the DVD will wipe all data from the hard drive you are installing on.
