Building a mixed tuner HDTV Media Center

Hello
I just ran into LinuxMCE during my search for a MediaCenter Software to  support my need. I read a lot of posts and also in the wiki but i did not find clear answers to my questions. Therefore i try it this way. Perhaps somebody has already tested a similar configuration.

Here are my goals:
- 2-3 Tuner System (1xDVB-S, 1-2xDVB-C)
- SDTV and HDTV and CI Support for all Tuners (shared for the 2 DVB-C Tuners)-->German and Swiss Pay-TV
- Recording SDTV and HDTV
- Timeshift
- Play all DVD's
- Play my MP3's
- DVI or HDMI connection to my TV
- AC3 and DTS (5.1) support

Is this possible with LinuxMCE?
If yes, what Hardware do you recommend (i live in switzerland)?
