Blue tooth

 I am a novic in this area...If my nieghbor has a blue tooth device can they take control of my unit. or if I have company over and they have a blue tooth phone...can they control my units....because it would not be cool if my nieghbor could turn my lights on and off...that is some scary stuff.....
