I have LMCE running on a 40GB drive and then a 200GB also in the box that I want to use just for data. But havnt found where to change my location for storing and ripping?

My experience is that after a while LMCE will detect "itself", you need to specify it as a file server.
Once that is done it will list shares on that server, then you simply allow the harddrive/folder you want to be a "share" (if you have shared something there).
It will also detect core HDD, but I am not entirely certain how well that works, as it detected my USB stick as core HDD (not really a problem though)

So when I rip a DVD will it ask me where i want it ripped to? Or does it default somewhere. Sorry havnt found a lot on this.

Hagen

It will ask where to put it.
It will default to the one you told it to use as default, then you get a list of the others you told it it could use when "told to".
(in my experience)
