I have a machine that from what I read will do everything that I need it do to, but I still have a couple of questions....

  • What is the current supported HD video capture card?
  • What is needed to make LinuxMCE work with DirecTV
  • Which surround sound cards are supported[/lli]
Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I REALLY hope this project continues to grow and make improvements!  Thanks for everyone that has been working so hard on this project!!

Thanks again,

teedge77

Hauppauge cards work....homerun cards...no PCI-E though....
ALSA supported cards are fine...i use an audigy 2
The video can give you more direction on using directv....youll need some sortof IR blaster....lots of people use USB-UIRT
