Kubuntu Extra packages CD

[The Dawg Fadder]

During the initial MCE installation, it asks for this CD or download from the internet. Does anyone have a link where I can find that file for download.

I seem to have MCE installed now, however, it did take a few tries and would like the CD for any "future" installs.

It's the iso-images you downloaded from the torrent.
From my memory, I think the extra packages CD is called linuxmce-1.1-packages.iso

actually, the linuxmce cache iso is the kubuntu cache cd. the packages iso contains linuxmce packages.

For others having similar problems:

I had just the same problem with the software having "caching failed" problems when saying I had put the CD in the CD-rom.

The solution for me was to copy the .iso-files over to my dekstop and pointing towards the appropriate isos in stead.
