the 1604 snapshots and packages are, atm, merely a proof of concept that building works. As Ubuntu 1604 is in a constant flux atm, seeing a new DVD image is merely proof, that we did indeed got lucky. I am sure things will get better once Ubuntu Xenial hits beta.
