Hello,
Long story short, I had to reinstall Dianemo. I installed my key, and then ran the installer. The install fails. The error says, "The licence doesn't match this machine. Please get in touch to resolve this problem."
How do I go about fixing this? Thanks.

We've already sorted this out I believe... but Domodudes right if you change your hardware then you need to get in touch with us. The assumption is that for the most part this will not be something you will be doing very often though.

All the best

It's a VM, upgraded from version 4.1 to version 5. Upgraded the VM, that might have done it.
