I added a device for my Philips LCD tv and learned the IR codes (actually got the discretes and manually entered them). I forgot however to add the volume commands, so i go into webadmin templates, select my new template... add the volume control and tell it to "learn code"....

A new window opens and immediately another one that says "code learned"

no matter what i try, it keeps doing this, can i get around this?

Thanks,

Richard

Last night I was learning codes for one of my new templates and did not see this same issue. The code learned window would only come up once a new code was sent.

Is there a lot of background IR that your USB UIRT (or whatever) is picking up?

When did you last update?  My build is from 18th june

Techstyle thanks for the reaction.

It's not happening when first creating the device, everything works fine, it learns the codes, etc..

Now i have created a template, saved it, media wizard it, etc... but i forgot some IR codes i needed. So when i go through "device templates" to change/add ir codes it will give me the above behaviour. I guess i can just make a new template again, but that's not very "clean" imo plus it looks like a bug.

I created my template a few days a go have been adding extra bits of IR codes to it over the last few days, both by manual pasting and by learning.
This issue is not on my system.

ok, thank you, wanted to make sure.

I'll probably will have to do a re-install, because webadmin is not behaving anymore, i mean at all, can barely get into the website and if i click templates it takes forever to load, or will fail to load.
