So when i start myth tv, it will randomly switch between watch tv, recordings and a number one on screen.
it will then ask me if i want to reset the backend, i say yes, it then says it can not connect to the back end.

I put your patch in (db_phone_config.sh) now it does not show a status and i can not add a sip soft phone to test.
when i add a sip soft phone in the LMCE admin page, there is no profiled ext or password

So we don't enter a phone number..
There needs to be a HowTo for this or the script needs to change to allow for the correct values.

I've been playing with this for weeks and I have got no where.
As for filling out the username with @gmail.com does not change a damn thing, as for it saving the settings it is hit and miss

I'm in contact with Elk Products, to see if they will send me an updated version, I have a account with them from my installer days, I just never thought about it till now.

Its a old Dell XPS gen5,
I can confirm that the power line signals are transmitting and receiving, but I'm not getting anywhere with RF which is the only reason I use X10 now.

I have to do some RF tests but so far i think that fixed it i can send PL commands, I cant seem to get a response over RF maybe due a config error on my part

I'm in the USA I only use the CM15A for RF motion sensors although i know i have good communication over PL.
I just did a test in windows and AHP work as usual
