I'm using MRTG; yeah it's a little harder to setup, but it's also less system resource hungry, and comes with indexmaker to make a basic index.html for viewing the graphs in a browser.

Cacti also gives similar graphs (RRDTool back end), I believe it uses sql database, not flat file.

Hmmm.... It appears that Mplayer is able to play it... So far using this work around: http://forum.linuxmce.org/index.php?topic=5583.5;wap2

Now I just have to find a way to force it to play DVD's rather than rips.

Has no one had this issue? i've got this issue with my test 1004 install aswell:
For some reason the lock files in  /usr/pluto/locks/ dont point to the correct (I'm assuming) PID files or for some reason they dont get created in the /proc dir. Atleast I think thats why the script fails.
The core is a 810 build, and it's also stopping other programs from install installing aswell:

Hi,
I've tried to do an apt-get upgrade on the core after it had been turned off for 2 weeks and got the following:

=================================================================

Have since narrowed it down to:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/pluto-orbiter.postinst configure
Which returned the locking fault listed above.

Closer inspection shows most of the symlinks in /usr/pluto/locks/ dont point to valid files..??
I've looked around and tried editing the scripts, but it still fails.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Cheers

I Was kinda hoping this was a default feature that perhaps I'm missing somewhere...

Or Does anyone know of an audio player that integrates into Linuxmce seemlessly that does offer this feature?

Hi, I've been wandering for a while wether the default audio (music) player for Linuxmce comes with an ability to show visual effects to the music being played? Like winamp, media player, and many Linux media players already do? All I get when playing music is the flickr screen saver and a play list on the left  ???

Cheers
