Title: Is there a TV Card with HDMI input that works with linuxmce
Post by: Mryusef1 on February 10, 2012, 01:02:11 AM
I am currently building my first linuxmce box.  I have ATT Uverse so I need a TV Card with HDMI inputs to hook my Uverse box to the linux box.  Does anyone know of a card I can use or if there is another option?

doesnt that box also have component out?    If so, another option is the Hauppauge HD-PVR   I use one with a DirecTV sat box.

There is not a card available for linux that will handle HDMI.  HD PVR is your best bet.
