hi all
I have a dreambox 500 c (running enigma)
everything seems to run from tcp/ip
and the video is available to VLC Smiley
I see a plugin was started for the d-box so maybe there is a possibility??
certainly for me it would be a perfect capture device..
has it's own epg info
will stream video to the core
has software integration for remote recording..
looks like a winner to me Smiley
anyone have any thoughts?

indeed, but as far as I know, only with the neutrino image.

For DB clones (like ITgate), where the neutrino image is not available, I would be interested in any solution people came up with...

There seems to be support for dreambox running the "neutrino" firmware (you can google for it), although I'm not sure how maintained it is, or if workable at all.

There are clones of dreamboxes, like the itgate, which can run some of the firmwares for the dreambox (like "enigma") but I don't think it supports the "neutrino" image
