PCHDTV-5500 not detected?

I just got my 8.10b2 Core up and running, and everything on the core appears to be working as intended EXCEPT my HD tuner card is not being detected.  This card is a working pull from a previous Mythdora system, so I'm confident it is not bad.  Can anyone point me in the proper direction to debug this?

These cards are not PnP like the HDHomeRun, so you'll need to go into to mythtv-setup to configure it. I also have one of these cards, and have had mine working with LMCE for some time now.  Also, take a look at the wiki below, as it may offer some input as well.

Thank You very much.  That tutorial looks like everything I need.

I would be happy to work out the device template, if someone could teach me how this is done!

Im almost done with the HVR-1600 template and i will attempt to create one for the 5500 but remember i dont have one so it would be nice if one of you guys can hit me up on irc and we can test and chat for the info im gonna need thanks
