jt - just woke up, not sure what posts have been deleted or threads locked, the only one I am aware of was a blatant advert for an irrelevant product. I was going to leave it until the charter was approved, but then someone "reported to moderator" so I deleted it. I don't think much else has happened. Either way, I agree with the idea of keeping this open and not taking unnecessary actions, hence the "Light Touch" principle.

Anyway, its clear what the vote is, so we'll pass over that rule. I think it is time to put the charter to the vote and get it signed off as a starting point... thx all!
