Can anyone tell me where I can get a DVB-S/S2 with CAM/CI decryption module or equivalent card from so I can push hd channels from dish network throughout a LinuxMCE system?  If not can anyone give me some links to research this more?

DVB-S2 is not supported by lmce out of the box.

Regarding what hardware to get, have a look at the http://linuxtv.org wiki.
