Post-install - can't open 'admin web site'

hardware:
poweredge 2450 with Raid
two nics
dual TV tuner card

I finally managed to complete installation of LMCE - at least it claimed to have completed succesfully.
Installation kept failing with the error that it couldn't install mysql-server. I finally installed mysql-server manually, then ran the installer.

It's a core only installation.

Now the machine boots up and displays the "Linux MCE Launch Manager". It says Core Services are running. DHCP seems to be working since I disabled it on my wireless switch and my other PC is managing to access the internet. Also ipconfig shows my gateway as 192.168.80.1, which I believe is the LMCE box.

I cannot access the 'admin website' via the button on the Launch Manager or by trying to access 192.168.80.1\pluto-admin.

I also have not seen the AV Wizard - It didn't launch initially as far as I know. I've seen reference to calling it from the CLI, so I guess I could manage that. I'm more concerned that I can't get to the admin site.

I can ping 192.168.80.1 from my other machine.

I don't yet have anything connected to the TV tuner cards - in case that matters.

Any help would be appreciated.
