NEED A DEFFINATE ANSWER TO IR BLASTERS YES OR NO ANSWER PLEASE

Does the MCE ir blaster and the philips blaster work with the ir learn feature of beta4 cuz i cant find a yes or no answer anywhere and if they do how so cuz i cant get neither of mine working !!!!!!!  :-\
