PC to TV SVHS->SCART and TV-Card Problem

So my question is, how i connect my Pc wie my TV over SVHS->SCART

My graka is an Geforce 7900GT and my TV an Daewood ...( i don´t know all of the name) without SVHS input.


So thats one problem.
My second is with my TV-Card WinTv HVR 1300, when i put them into my Pc, the Monitore don´t show anything, the pc work but thats all.
I´ve i put the card out, all works correctly.



And sorry for my realy bad englis, i´am german and the last time i write english, is long ago.

What exactly happens? Does the TV act like there is no signal?

When the computer first starts up, the signal is sent to all outputs. If you see nothing, it probably means your TV is not set to the right input, or that it can't display the computer signal.

Also, do you know the card is working? Have you tested it on a VGA monitor?

Was genau geschieht? Fungiert der Fernsehapparat, wie es kein Signal gibt?

Wenn der Computer zuerst oben beginnt, wird das Signal zu allen Ausgängen geschickt. Wenn Sie nichts sehen, bedeutet es vermutlich, dass Ihr Fernsehapparat nicht auf den rechten Eingang eingestellt wird oder dem er nicht das Computersignal anzeigen kann.

Auch kennen Sie die Karte arbeiten? Haben Sie sie auf einem VGA Monitor geprüft?

Bitte antword auf English. Ich erlernte nur Deutsches wenig, und der war sehr vor langer zeit.

The Card work, I úse it with me Pc Monitor

I get no Signal on the Tv, i´ve tried all inputs.

When i connect the Pc and TV and also my Pc Monitor and start my pc, i get no signal, On the Tv like on the Monitor.
