Has anyone found a PCIe 1x video card that fully supports UI2 with alpha blending?

you could probably file out the plastic endcap of a pci-e x1 slot and use a standard x16 video card. I'd have to take a look at a pci-e graphics card and see but they are designed to be used in any kind of pci-e slot

I'm not sure a single lane card would have enough bandwidth to support HD or especially HD+ alpha blending.  What happened to the 16 lane slot?
