TV Freezes

Hello Everyone,

When I tune in to my TV, the picture freezes after about 30 seconds to 2 minutes. It happens every time. However, everything else on the system is working fine. I am able to browse and maneuver the menu system while it is frozen. The same thing happened when I moved the tuner to another system.

My first thoughts are of course that it is probably a bad tuner (Wintv-PVR-150), but I just want to verify that there is no setting that I need to change that I am missing. Thanks

This is a known issue relating to the way that LinuxMCE controls the MythTV portion of the software (LMCE exposed a long-standing bug in MythTV's network control port).. A patch has been made, and will be rolled into the next release.

an interesting workaround in the mean time is to hold pause for a few seconds before playing.
