I am forbidden to download the Designer...

Wanting to help translate LinuxMCE to Norwegian, I tried downloading the Designer from this page
http://wiki.linuxmce.org/index.php/Windows

When I press the link on that page I only get this error:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /download/installers/windows on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Try finding the same wiki page on plutohome.com.  Most of those wiki pages were imported from Pluto's, and maybe Pluto's page has the right link.  If not, you can try building it from source.  There's an src/designer directory, and build the c# HAData and then HADesigner with ms vs.net.

Can't get in, I just get access denied.
That means I can't download any of the stuff located at pluto.com
