did you create a qorbiter-device in webadmin first? Another thing that comes to mind..is your s4 using wifi inside dcerouter-network?

The biggest question I have is where did you install from?  If you installed from the Play Store then remove it, it is so old it will not work.  The most recent qorbiter builds can be found on the Orbiter installers page of the webadmin.  The link is on the login screen of the webadmin.

You will need to either open a port in the firewall or put your device on the internal network for qOrbiter to function.

Open ports 2757 & 3450 on your firewall via webadmin
Enter your public ip address to your core. Keep in mind there is no security, so you should be connecting via vpn
