1204 netinstall broken

I'm trying to do a 1204 netinstall, but the mce-install.sh script exits with error 1. here is the scripts output: http://pastebin.com/CtkkU9S2
It seems like something with database pluto_main is wrong...

any ideas?

As I said already in IRC, this has to do with pluto-ra not being fully installed before sqlCVS needs it. Open a trac ticket, please.

I've located the cause, need to verify some things and I'll get a fix in over the next few days.

Turns out the fix was already in but I'd neglected to request the new packages be put in the repository.  First build of 2016 will likely have the fixes.  :)
