Are we talking about HD channels here? Clutching at straws now, but you could try toggling "Real-time priority threads" in the front end.

Is your nvidia driver the latest?

tried that.

according to dmesg nvidia module is 195.36.15.
same version my core is using and there tv works perfectly.

Ah yes but what card/mobo have you got on the core? Would it be worth trying to roll it back a version for the lack of any better ideas?

Does playback work on other MDs/on your core? This all sounds really strange!

I just noticed that I write like Yoda... sorry too much blood in caffeine stream.

core is using Asus M3N78 PRO with integrated GeForce 8300, but i use GeForce 8400 GS, because integrated had no d-sub output.

two MDs are bodies from broken dell latitude xt with ATI and intel, full hd movies and dvb-t tv playback is smooth.

with checked "Enable OpenGL vertical sync for timing" live tv works but every time i reload router this option is getting unchecked again and problem reoccure.
