"MythTV is ready. However ..." Repeats constantly - SOLVED

In pre-pre-previous installation everything was OK about it, but...

Problem:
After installing tuners in MythTV Setup, I continuesly get theese messages:
"MythTV is ready. However ..."
[ OK ]
and
"It will take about few minutes to retreive your channel listings. ...."
[ OK ]
After every reload system tells me (box in left-top corner of screen), it has added all my tuners. Again.

I can scan channels, it's ok, but after exiting from Setup, TV almost can not work (well, few times by couple seconds there was picture), seems, those messages appears each time backend restarts or mythfilldatabase runs and restarts backend.

I understand, the error is in absence of ' after 'moon58 and 'dcerouter in the end of each line, but i can not find a way to fix it.
It cannot be that I am the one, who has such problem... Any ideas how to deal with it?

In Webadmin, go to Advanced -> Configuration -> Device Templates
Then select the one for your tuner TT-budget S-1500, i.e. pick template number #2078
pick device template and look at the default value for the config string (#59), the tick as you have spotted is missing from after <%=HOST%> at the end of the insertion command, put it in, save the template.
Now at the next router reload the devices will be detected and actually get inserted into the Mythconverg db

They should not be re-detected on each re-load any more.

Well, universe doesn't want my life to become TOO sweet I explain:
By some reason, first (1 of 2) DVB-card on each machine duplicates, or even triplicates.
I.e. I see 2 cards in MythTV Setup, but "max recordings" = 3 on first card, even if i set it to 1, after exiting setup it turns back to 3.
...But I'd better create another post for this problem...
