Multiport Serial

Hi,

What are you suggestions on options for Multi Serial Ports in my LinuxMCE Core ?

PCI card (Rocketport PCI...is that compatable with LinuxMCE?)
USB To Multiport Serial - Can you suggestion a model that will plug and play with LinuxMCE ?  8 RS-232 pref..?

This concerns to the device driver. Once the board is supported by the linux kernel modules, lmce shall recognize it.
So, my advice is to get a multiserial card which is supported by the kernel 2.6.27-17.

I have had good success with multi-serial USB devices and multi-serial PCI devices, but the USB devices had been even less problematic
