Using hybrid also as pc

I have running 0810 on a hybrid which I would also like to use as a pc for my allday work (some email and office app., internet, nothing special). There are three user on mce but currently only one on kubuntu. I would like to add all user to kubuntu so everybody gets his own directory, email,... and still have got the possibility to change between mce and kubuntu. Is it possible to use the system in that way? Can you switch directly form the mce user to the right one on kubuntu? I already add a user on kubuntu but I can't switch to it.
