Hello,

I am having problems getting my wiimote to work correctly with MCE. I followed the directions on the wiki and the buttons work just fine. But for some reason it wont pick up on the motion sensing. Do I need a senor bar?

The Wii sensor bar is nothing more than 2 IR Leds.  There are various 'wireless' sensor bars available for purchase which are battery powered.  Some people have cut a USB extension cable and use it to supply power to these 'wireless' units rather than using batteries.

As a temporary solution you can just put two candles on top of your TV instead, put them approximately 20cm (about 8") apart.
