Setting up Teliax in LINUXMCE
« on: January 31, 2009, 09:17:06 pm »
I've tried repeatedly to get this setup. I've used the setup wizard as well as tried to manually.  Under devices - Phone Lines - it displays as registered..  However, when I try to make a call from MD I get msg, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed".  I know I'm dialing the number correctly.

Q:  does this problem point to not having the outgoing line setup correctly ?

Q:  Should I use the configuration for AMP, SIP or AIX from the Teliax support site ?

Did not dial "9" to get an outside line.  Can I change the requirement to use 9 for dialing out ?  Where do I make that change ?

Thanks - got it working.

Is there a wiki on changing the Ring Tone ?  Or should I be able to add my own voice and dialoge to the system ?
