H.264 CCTV Video Capture Card (DVR Card)

Hi, Guys, Anyone tried on the H.264 CCTV DVR card? I got problem installing it. I add device "Motion Wrapper" from the category "Surveillance Video Interfaces" and picked device template. And mannualy add analog camera follow instructions in the wiki. But, I can't view the camera video. It only show a frame with camera id, date, and time. No video showing. So, I go to the "Motion Wrapper" device template and add packages: " ffmpeg pluto". Why I do this? I guessed this will enable the H.264 video codec. But the video still not up. Please help in this.
