Is this HTPC compatible with linuxmce?

Hello guys,
i would like to build a htpc which will use linuxmce, i am not sure, if all my hardware is supported, could you give me some advices or something like it?
here is my hardware:
MB:GA-MA78GM-S2H
CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 4450+ EE
RAM:A-Data DIMM 2048MB DDR II 800MHz Extreme Edition
DVD:Samsung Black SH-S182M/BEBN DVD±RWDL LightScribe bulk
Card reader:  Eurocase CA CARD READER AC-108 All in1 BLACK (3,5˝) USB
Power:Seasonic SS-350ET-F3 350W
HDD:Samsung SpinPoint T HD501LJ - 500GB SATA II

tv card will be:Winfast TV2000XP
have someone any experience with this hardware?
