Adding PVR after installation

I just setup (literaly 3 hours ago) my first Pluto system and am thinking I will run to a computer store tomorrow and pick up a PVR card.

Will all the happage cards work or am I stuck with teh 250?

Can I install this card after this system was setup?

Should I care if the TV capture card comes with a remote? Isn't the whole point to use Bluetooth and the orbiter (very cool).
