I just posted the how-to.  I'd be happy to make it into a wiki if I can get enough feedback to make it a clean wiki page.  Too many "I don't know what this is for" stuff for me to want to put it on the wiki, but if I can learn what those things are I will.  IMHO, wiki entries should be limited to definitive answers, and forums are more useful for "this is how I got it working, don't know if it will work for you" type stuff.
