Strange problem with Web Orbiter

Hi,

I found strange problem with my Web Orbiter. It freezes at the point of authorization. I saw those messages in its log:

13      09/09/06 18:52:30.610           TCPIP: Accepting incoming  connection on socket 30, port 3461, from IP 127.0.0.1.
05      09/09/06 18:52:30.610           Received PLUTO_KEY 10, but device hasn't identified itself yet.
05      09/09/06 18:52:30.611           Received: PLUTO_KEY 10

Any ideas how to fix that?
