If so would you mind contacting us by a live chat support during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central European Time (ie GMT+1, New York+6). you would then be able to enable the remote assistance feature, and one of our programmers could login and take a look at the logs and see why it's not starting and try to fix it.
