telecom not accepting touch tones
« on: September 24, 2007, 08:08:44 pm »
I am currently using Broadvoice as my VOIP provider, and I was able to successfully get it to register and accept calls.. The attendant answers the phone, and says the individual IVR prompts, but it is not accepting my touch tones from any phone,

I made sure to check my DTMF settings on my cell phone as well, and I am emitting long tones.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I can confirm that this does indeed fix this issue for me.

Thanks,
Rob
