Sleep Mode after Install?
« on: August 24, 2007, 02:16:59 am »
Hello All, I am very excited about this project!  But I am running into an issue after install.

After I installed LinuxMCE with the 2 CD's it goes through the normal Kubuntu boot, after Kubuntu Logo dissapears it brings me to a shell wanting me to log in then the screen goes black and the computer seems like it goes into sleep mode.  Any suggestions?

Hardware:
AMD 64 3200+
1GB memory
Nvidia 6200LE
WINTV 1600
80GB HD

Have a look log files in the /var/log: messages, kernel or X.org.0 from another PC if you have or boot from LiveCD. Maybe something wrong with video setting.

Try pressing 1-5, with a pauze in between.
