There have been no changes to anything in the main repository related to pxe booting.  There are changes coming but they're are not in the main repository yet.  The atftpd server outputs to syslog.

So you're using the shadow repo, not the main repo.  That's really important information that you should have shared in your initial post.  Koffel you need to provide much better data.

This *could* have something to do with data added to support the raspberry pi pxe boot method and if that's the case it will affect *some* pcs that try to pxe boot.  While I did test that pc based pxe booting works properly, I have a limited amount of hardware to test.

Try replacing /usr/pluto/templates/dhcpd.conf.tmpl with the following: http://paste.ubuntu.com/23124954/ and let me know what happens please.

Hello,

i had the same problem after updating. (Version: 2.0.0.47.201607240235+899786ab)
I also tried the new diskless raspberry pi method before this happened.
So i don`t know what confused my system.

With the provided dhcpd.conf.tmpl and with running  /usr/pluto/bin/DHCP_config.sh, it is working again.

Thanks for the solution!!

There have been fixes for this in. pluto-bootscript should now be at least 201609 something for precise or trusty.
If I helped you, feel free to buy me a coffee: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=2VKASZLTJH7ES

As posde indicates there is a fix for this in the repository now.  I've tested this now with multiple PCs and PXE booting PCs and RPis should both be working.  Keep in mind that the rpi foundation considers PXE booting to be very much in beta stage.  All said it's working well here.
