VDR vs MythTV
« on: July 17, 2013, 05:20:51 pm »
Hello,

I will setup a new system soon, and I wanted to ask what is the rcommended/better integrated/overall better solution to choose, mythtv or vdr?

I get video over DVB-C and DVB-T.

Best regards
Daniel

The integration of MythTV is much tighter. VDR isn't as tight, but much faster (startup time and channel surfing)

It took me less time than the halftime break at the Semi-Final of the European Championships in Austria/Switzerland. ;)
